Lake Realty is located in Hartville Ohio, founded by Ellis Erb. The Broker for Lake Realty is Matthew, along with Realtors Ashley Gibbons, Christa Domer, & Benjamin Aemmer. They are members of the National Board of Realtors, MLS Now & STAR. Lake Realty is a small firm dedicated to getting big time results.

Matthew has lived and worked in Northeast Ohio his whole life. After graduating from Lake High School he attended Walsh University. Graduating in 2004 with a Bachelor of Arts degree, his Major was in General Business. After Walsh he attended Hondros College to receive his Real Estate Sales and Broker license. Matthew is employed by Ellis Erb, Inc. and Lake Realty and is a member of the Ohio and National Board of Realtors. Matthew is a past Board Member (3 term Chairman) for the Lake Chamber of Commerce and has served on the Lake Township Zoning Board of Appeals and Zoning Board. In 2019 Matthew was elected to be the Fiscal Officer of Lake Township. Matthew is married to his wife, Christy and they have two kids. Both are very active in the community.
Ashley has lived and worked in Northeast Ohio most of her life. After graduating from Lake High School she attended Grand Canyon University. She graduated in 2011 with a Bachelor of Arts degree, with a Major in Business Management. Ashley has been working at Lake Realty since 2014 where she received her Real Estate Sales license from Hondros College. She is also a member of the Ohio and National Board of Realtors. Ashley is married to her husband Matthew and has one son.
Benjamin has lived and worked in Northeast Ohio most of his life. He graduated from Marlington High School and he obtained his Real Estate Sales license from Hondros College. He is a member of the Ohio and National Board of Realtors. He also is a Master Mason raised out of Charity Lodge 530. Benjamin is married to his wife Hannah and they have two kids.
